In order to keep your profile secure, make sure you change your password regularly following these steps:
Go to https://www.dahabshiil.com/ or our mobile app:
- On the sign-in page, click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the password field.
- Enter the email address you used to register with Dahabshiil and click to continue.
- You will receive a password verification code via email, valid for 3 hours.
- Enter the verification code and create a new password for your account (ensure the password is at least 6 characters long and includes a symbol and number).
- Once this is done, your password will be reset and you can now use the new password to log in.
